Village Preschool and Daycare functions as a mission to the community on behalf of Village Baptist Church.  We encourage applications from all parents who are seriously interested in the school’s programs and their child’s early childhood development in the school’s environment.   


The school admits children based upon an interview with the child and parents as well as through information learned in the admissions screening process. Through these criteria the preschool seeks to admit children who clearly demonstrate the following:


A likelihood of success within a Christian environment.

High moral character.

Ability to accept discipline.

Social adjustment.


Applicants must submit the following:

A completed application package before the interview with the Director.

A copy of the applicant’s birth certificate.  

A current immunization record.

A current physical examination.

A signed medical release form.


Additionally, the following is required:

An on-campus interview with the Director.


No children who have been expelled from other schools within the previous twelve months need apply.


No children will be accepted who has not reached his/her appropriate age on or before August 31st.


Registration is $150.00

Curriculum Fee is $175.00

Full day programs :

Full day programs meet Monday thorough Friday. A hot lunch is included in the tuition.

One-year-old $965/month

Two-year-old $905/month

Three-year-old $885/month

Four-year-old $885/month

Half-day programs :

Half-day programs meet 8:00-12:00. The days are listed below per program. Lunch is not included.

Three year old

      Monday through Thursday $535/month

Four year old

    Monday through Thursday $535/month

To complete the enrollment process, please follow the steps below:


Step 1: Create a Family Portal Account

  • Please go to FACTS Family Portal
  • Select Create New Family Portal Account
  • Enter your email address as provided in your application to the school.
  • Click Create Account
  • You will receive an email from FACTS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes this link will remain active for 6 hours.

Step 2: Access Family Portal

  • Please go to FACTS Family Portal
  • Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided
  • Go to left-side Navigation Menu
  • Click on Apply/Enroll
  • Click on Enrollment/Reenrollment
